LIVE SESSIONS/PRE-RECORDED SESSIONS
This full-time program is delivered in a blended format, combining live sessions and pre-recorded videos available at any time for your convenience.
Group sessions where participants generally meet late afternoons, evening, and weekends.
INDIVIDUALS / TEAM
Participants will be required to work both individually and/or in teams, doing research analyzing client problems, and providing recommendations to real clients through our Life Compass Entrepreneur's Guild.
Certification Benefits & Outcomes
Upon completion of this program, the graduate will reliably demonstrate the ability to:
Develop the parameters of their unique consulting offer and discovering their niche services.
Discover how to attract and build successful client relationships.
Create and implement a customized project plan for the term of a consulting engagement.
Prepare and implement the terms of reference and contracts for the term of the consulting, engagement, including, billing, and payment schedules.
Perform an environmental audit (external & internal) and conduct market reserach to diagnose the client problem(s).
Use a range of consulting tools and techniques including interviewing, research, and collaborative problem-solving during the consulting process.
Develop and model soft skills such as teamwork, customer, service, communications, and problem-solving during the consulting process.
Assess the change readiness of the client's orgranization through the use of change management skills and processes.
Complete a client consulting project including contracting, data collection and analysis, recommendations, and implementation to the satisfaction of the client.
Develop effective strategies to target the following areas of the global workforce: strength-based role matching and hiring, work cultural development and implementation, change management, increase employee engagement, leadership training, overall organizational effectiveness, productivity, and profitability.
